I think anyone who has taken on the recruiting function at least once has quickly realised how much time you lose in small tasks that are frankly very repetitive. Nevertheless, these things are very important. I'm a professional recruiter, so it's something I do a lot of.

Large AI companies in RecTech focus heavily on large-scale automation, but what about the small tasks that nobody thinks about directly? I sat down with it myself and honestly scratched my own itch. At the beginning of every search process in recruiting for the A-Player, you should look at what a perfect canidate fit looks like and which ones are not. The same as in marketing.

Instead of having to sit down and think about it for 30-60 minutes, I think AI can provide very good support for the foundation. That's why I sat down and developed something alongside my job.

Basically, when you upload the job description, the AI takes the perspective of the recruiter and recommends three candidate personas (the ideal, the high potential and the negative cast).
