My friends and I have been toying with the idea of personalized (cycling indoor) training using AI to assist with planning and tailoring workouts around a busy schedule and ambitious goals, so I decided to build an experiment to see how it would work.

Cycling is a sport that's very hard on the body and many cyclists burn out or get frustrated when trying to improve, so my hypothesis is that with proper analysis of training data, there's a lot of potential to build a good product.

I started this project around 8 years ago out of frustration with the lack of a proper sudo command for Windows, and then abandoned it for a while. I was excited to see Microsoft create an official one, but it seems to be abandoned, so I picked this project back up. Once installed, this will never show a UAC prompt, which is different from every other sudo for Windows I've seen.

I understand there are arguments that this raises security concerns, however, if that's the case, then so does the Linux/Unix sudo, and people use that business all the time.

I'm mainly working on this just because I'm a major terminal nerd and I want this to exist for my own use. Hope someone else finds it useful as well.
