Flounder' Chowder House, located at Longitude 30.334061, Latitude -87.1421807 800 Quietwater Beach Road Gulf Breeze, FL 32561, was a restaurant I first visited back in February of 2015 on a work related visit. The food was amazing. Cannot say enough about how good the local cuisine is around the Pace, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, and Pensacola Beech area. We did not visit one place with disgusting food or a terrible experience. Hemmingway's, yes think the author Earnest Hemmingway, Peg Leg Pete's, McGuire's, and all the others we visited were amazing. The oysters at Peg Leg Pete's are something a person must experience at least once in their life. The one thing I must mention is the Key Lime Pie from Flounder's Chowder House. The photo should say it all. It is a triple decker of amazing key lime flavor that should be shared with at the very least, two people. If you get a chance to visit Pensacola Beach, or Destin, try it out.
